• To do everything we possible can to lead men, women, boys and girls to give their hearts and lives to Jesus Christ and to secure the eternal life which He offers·       

• To do all we can to minister to the needy of the world ·       

• To give Jesus Christ His proper place, the place which the Word gives Him 

 Jesus is our Master Teacher and our perfect example. More than that, He is our Lord and our King. It should be our duty and our pleasure to learn what He teaches and follow His example. Successful leadership is not found in perfecting the process of leading, but in the development of the heart of the leader. The key is not style, but spiritual substance.  

The formula for successful leadership in the kingdom of God is a simple formula: Be a person “after God’s own heart”. Successful leaders are spiritual leaders.  They command respect because of the fruit of the Holy Spirit in their lives. One can follow them with confidence, knowing that ultimately they are following Jesus, the greatest leader of all.

Finally, my brethren, we should be instituting Jesus leadership model because it is contemporary and popular. In doing so, we will find ourselves walking beyond the edge because we will be living by the law of love.
