The diversity of the population requires forming new partnerships and enhancing existing ones to support the community’s social and economic structures. Living Waters Inc serves as an independent entity to link faith-based communities to collaborations and partnerships with the public and private sectors. Efforts will be consistent with the direction of state and federal government programs. Living Waters Inc is a non-profit organization committed to the growth and development of our most important asset, “the people”. Our mission is to serve as a conduit for the design, development, funding and implementation of strategies to enhance the health and socioeconomic status of faith-based communities.  The key message regarding reducing racial/ethnic disparities in America will require the work and cooperation of many individuals, communities, organizations and institutions. This diverse group of partners will also mandate the development of key messages for communicating with various audiences regarding the social conditions that affect the health and socioeconomic issues facing our communities.   These audiences include the general public, public health employees, business leaders, groups affected by health disparities, policy makers and media.
